Every clinical statement on this site is drawn from a published institutional source (the National Eye Institute and the American Academy of Ophthalmology) and reviewed against its cited source before publication. That review is a source-fidelity check, not a medical opinion. Most wording is quoted exactly; a few statements are minimally reworded from the source phrasing for advertising-compliance reasons. The Sources page links every statement to its source so you can compare.
